Everything DiSC Virtual Team Workshops – Coming Soon in 2026

Your team is made up of individuals who each have their own styles of communication & collaboration, as well as their own perceptions of what success looks like. While collaborating, you may have noticed signs of these different styles and preferences, which can tend to present themselves as recurring themes in unresolved team conflict.
This workshop aims to demystify, and help each team member better understand the distinct human behavioral styles that drive many of the interactions between themselves and their teammates.
Utilizing this shared awareness of similarities and differences in styles, teams are able to operate more effectively as a whole, stretch and adapt to teammates of other styles, and better develop healthy patterns of addressing conflict when it arises.
Learning Objectives & Outcomes:
- Understand your DiSC style, as well as that of your colleagues
- Understand how your style drives your priorities, motivators, stressors
- Use this knowledge to find common ground with others on your team
- Identify strategies, and establish an action plan to effectively collaborate and build stronger partnerships with colleagues of all four DiSC styles

EQi 2.0 – Emotional Intelligence for Engineers Virtual Workshops – Coming Soon in 2026

You’ve mastered your technical craft to a level that has gained you recognition from your peers and management. You’ve been rewarded with a promotion, either into your first leadership role, or a subsequently higher level of leadership.
In the engineering field, with each new promotion comes its own new set of non-technical demands, which require us to adapt our approach and the underlying beliefs about what drives success.
“In a study of skills that distinguish star performers in every field from entry-level jobs to executive positions, the single most important factor was not IQ, advanced degrees, or technical experience, it was EQ. Of the competencies required for excellence in performance in the job studies, 67 percent were emotional competencies.” —Dr. Daniel Goleman
In 2025, the research is overwhelmingly indicating that leaders who succeed at the highest levels will almost always demonstrate a strong competency in Emotional Intelligence. This workshop presents a model that anyone can use to better understand what EQ is, the components that make up a well-rounded EQ toolkit, as well as opportunities to grow in multiple EQ sub-competencies.
Learning Objectives & Outcomes:
- Introduction to the 15 EQ sub-competencies, and the strengths/opportunities indicated in your own personalized EQi 2.0 Leadership Report
- Gain awareness of potential leadership derailers, and areas to focus on for a well-rounded EQ toolkit
- Set specific goals, and create a personalized EQ action plan that will drive better results with peers, employees, managers, as well as friends and family members
