Sample Process (flexible to the needs of the individual):
- Preliminary – Discovery: Define the Goal/Scope
- Individual is interviewed and problem statement is defined — what is the goal of the coaching engagement? (i.e. improve communication style, address undesired limiting behaviors, think and approach problems differently in a new role, develop new leadership skills in a more demanding environment, work through other career/professional blockers, improve promotability, establish a career strategy)
- Sponsor(s) interviewed separately, if applicable
- Phase 1 – Assessment: Gather Additional Background/Context
- Individual receives and completes assessment invites as necessary
- 360 verbal interviews and/or assessment invites sent to colleagues (if applicable)
- Available assessment suite includes EQi 2.0/EQi 360, Everything DiSC, ProfileXT (based on scope of engagement)
- Phase 2 – Awareness: Revealing the Current State, and the Path Forward
- Bi-monthly coaching sessions to review assessment/360 results, bring awareness to current barriers to growth
- Identify opportunities to adapt and secure quick wins, solicit ongoing feedback, and build trust & leadership capital with stakeholders
- Identify additional previously unseen gaps/opportunities to continue working through during coaching engagement, as well as strengths to re-calibrate/reinforce
- Phase 3 – Action: Commitments and Continuity Plan
- Bi-monthly coaching sessions to reinforce short-term wins, and co-create a continuity action plan to sustain long-term growth & transformation
- Meetings with sponsor(s) if/when applicable

If you’re looking to invest in one of your key people, here’s what to expect: we align with you on development goals at the outset, maintain confidentiality with the coachee throughout the engagement, and provide progress updates at a level that works for your organization. Our structured, phase-based approach gives you a clear framework you can point to when making the case internally — this isn’t open-ended, it’s a defined coaching arc with objectives and measurable outcomes.
